TERMS AND CONDITIONS


1.     Terms of use

a)     Reproduction, transfer, distribution or storage of the contents from Eloma Arts store is prohibited for purposes other than strictly personal use.

b)     Errors may occur in the prices specified on the websites and the verification is carried out in the preparation of the order, if this happens if the price is lower, we will refund the difference, if the price is higher, we will inform the customer via email so they can cancel or accept the order.

c)     The data collected at the time of registration is used solely and exclusively for the necessary contacts with the customer and the shipment of goods.

d)     The newsletter subscription can be made during registration in the virtual store or at the bottom of the store. By subscribing to the newsletter, the customer authorizes the sending of periodic information about products and updates.

e)     The customer may, at any time, request the cancellation of the newsletter subscription.


2.     Payment

a)     Accepted payment methods:

3.     Processing Times

a)     In normal circumstances, the processing time of the original paintings is:

  • 1 – 2 business days.

b)     In normal circumstances, the processing time of the fine art prints is:

  • 2 – 5 business days.


4.     Delivery

a)     The place of delivery of the order is the sole responsibility of the customer. The indicated location must have someone available to receive the goods during working hours.


b)     The following order delivery times are indicative and are applied after confirmation of payment is made. I am not responsible for delays in delivery by the post office and customs.

            b.1) In normal circumstances, the delivery time of the original paintings is:

  • 2 - 4 days to EU.
  •   2 – 6 days to Worldwide.

           b.2) In normal circumstances, the delivery time of the fine art prints is:

  •   4 - 10 days to EU and UK.
  •  3 – 6 days to USA.
  •  3 – 10 days to Canada.
  •  3 – 20 days to Australia.

            These items (b.2) are only shipped to the countries listed above.


c)     In exceptional cases this delivery period may be extended. There are factors that may occasionally influence the delivery times mentioned, such as adverse weather conditions, traffic conditioning, health emergency situations, among others.


5.     Prices

a)     Original Paintings

            a.1) The prices of the listings have VAT at the current Portuguese rate (for European customers).

            a.2) Non-European customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.


b)     Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice.


6.     Returns

a)     We accept returns and cancellations

            -  Contact us within: 3 days of delivery

            -  Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery

            -  Request a cancellation: before item has shipped (does not apply to custom orders)

b)     Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

c)     Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns and cancellations for custom orders.
